The event was attended by over 400 people, including President and CEO Oh Secheol and other executives, employees involved in AI, and representatives from AI innovation partners such as Yoonshik Kim, Enterprise Lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS) Korea.
In his welcoming address, President Oh Secheol emphasized, "The role of AI is becoming increasingly important in the construction industry, where projects are large and complex. By connecting our accumulated experience and data from numerous global projects with AI, let us recognize AI as our strategic partner and create innovation together."

Executive Vice President So presented three key concepts for AI innovation: accumulation of knowledge, securing proactivity, and changing perspectives. He stressed the need to foster AI as "our expert" based on Samsung C&T's unique data and know-how, rather than merely consuming AI. He proposed building a proactive AI partner that asks questions and makes suggestions, rather than a passive one, and suggested that the value of AI should be measured and improved based on Samsung C&T's problem-solving capabilities, not external benchmarks.
Following this, the Samsung C&T Data Team introduced the results of three major "AI Agent" projects jointly developed with AWS, a cloud computing company. The three projects demonstrated were: AI-ITB Reviewer, which automatically analyzes large volumes of bid proposals to quickly identify risks; AI-Contract Manager, which minimizes legal and contractual risks and supports professional responses; and AI-Project Expert (AIPEX), which integrates and analyzes scattered site data to uncover hidden insights.

The company aims to realize AI-driven work intelligence across all areas of construction and to establish an AI platform.
Yoonshik Kim, Enterprise Lead at AWS, commented, "Global companies are not just considering the performance of AI, but also how to connect and utilize AI with their complex data, work processes, and security policies. The three major AI Agent projects showcased by Samsung C&T are exemplary cases of the global AI success strategies that AWS envisions."
