Lotte Shopping Posts 130.5 Billion Won Operating Profit in Q3, Down 16% Year-on-Year
Lotte Shopping announced on November 7 that its operating profit for the third quarter reached 130.5 billion won, marking a 16% decrease compared to the same period last year.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the same day, Lotte Shopping's sales amounted to 3.4106 trillion won in the third quarter, down 4.4% from the previous year. Net profit for the period turned to a loss of 48.7 billion won.

The consensus estimates from more than three securities firms had forecasted sales and operating profit at 3.5175 trillion won and 141.7 billion won, respectively, indicating that the third-quarter results slightly fell short of these expectations.
