At this exhibition, Seongnam City operated the "Seongnam City Group Pavilion," featuring ten promising local defense companies, including Jiwoo Information Technology (mobile video simulated shooting systems), Komotek (ultra-compact low-voltage servo motors), and Kuopin (AI semiconductors for defense). The city actively supported these companies in expanding into overseas markets and boosting their domestic market presence.
In particular, EVT Co., Ltd. (CEO: Kim Bangyong), a company specializing in RF communication-based drone detection, showcased an ultra-compact, ultra-lightweight anti-drone detection scanner that guarantees a high operational success rate even in battlefield environments. This innovation attracted significant attention and strong interest from overseas buyers, especially those from Europe.
Additionally, battery specialist B2 Solution Co., Ltd. (CEO: Kim Sangkyum) held collaboration meetings with major corporations in the industry during the exhibition and laid the groundwork for expanding its domestic market by working with Korean buyers to localize imported components.
