Zenon, a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, has introduced 'Actionable AI' as a new direction for the enterprise generative AI market and unveiled its next-generation AI solution.
On November 5, Zenon held a press conference at the Conrad Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul, where the company announced the core technologies and strategic roadmap for 'Actionable AI,' an AI solution with the capability to execute tasks. In his keynote speech, CEO Goseoktae Ko analyzed the current state and structural issues of the enterprise generative AI market and proposed AI adoption strategies to address these challenges. Since its founding in 2017 as an AI consulting firm, Zenon has provided end-to-end AI services for corporate clients, covering the entire process from problem definition and planning to development, implementation, and operation.
CEO Ko stated, "According to an MIT report, less than 5% of companies attempting to adopt AI have succeeded in commercializing it," and pointed out, "The biggest obstacle to AI commercialization is the gap between existing work processes and AI models." He identified 'Actionable AI' as the ultimate goal that companies should pursue to overcome this problem. Actionable AI is a next-generation AI that can directly control browsers and operating systems to perform practical work tasks.
CEO Ko officially announced a new AI solution, 'OneAgent,' designed to realize this vision. OneAgent is powered by two core technologies: 'Browser Use' and 'Computer Use.' 'Browser Use' enables the AI to automatically navigate web-based systems, understand dynamic content, and execute commands. It is characterized by its ability to multitask across multiple web platforms to complete a single task. 'Computer Use' allows the AI to explore the user's PC environment, automate native applications, and access internal corporate systems to carry out complex workflows step by step.
CEO Ko explained, "OneAgent, Zenon's next-generation AI agent, is an integrated Actionable AI solution that spans both web and local environments, enabling companies to complete and perfect their entire work processes and achieve full automation." He identified four key application areas for OneAgent: ▲ automation of HR and finance-related tasks such as vacation and business trip requests, expense claims, and accounting analysis; ▲ automation of supply chain management (SCM) tasks such as inventory management, purchase requests, and delivery tracking; ▲ automation of research tasks such as market sensing, data analysis, and report generation; and ▲ automation of public administration tasks such as civil complaint responses and administrative document processing.
