Medytox Participates in '2025 ICLAS Seoul' International Academic Conference

Medytox announced on the 4th that it participated in the academic conference 'ICLAS,' hosted by the Korean Society for Laser Dermatology and Trichology, held at the Parnas Hotel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, from November 1 to 3.

View original imageOn November 1, Medytox held a global networking event called 'Medytox Night.' The event was attended by over 200 medical professionals and partner representatives from more than 20 countries, including Japan, Thailand, and Brazil. On November 2, Medytox set up a large exhibition booth at the ICLAS venue to showcase its product lineup. The botulinum toxin portfolio of its affiliate Neumecco, which is accelerating its overseas expansion-including 'Neulux,' 'Coretox,' and 'Innotox'-was introduced. The company also promoted 'Neuramis,' which is aggressively marketing through new product launches and TV commercials; 'Neuraderm,' which is strengthening its brand image by appointing an official ambassador; and 'Neuviju,' the world’s first collagenase-based fat-dissolving injection.
On this day, global speakers shared the latest insights in the field of aesthetic medicine. Kazuki Hotta, Director of Bianca Clinic in Japan, delivered a keynote speech on trends and strains in the botulinum toxin market. Medytox, which pioneered the botulinum toxin business in Korea, introduced the characteristics of its Hall A Hyper strain, as well as its next-generation toxin portfolio utilizing this strain, including the animal component-free liquid botulinum toxin 'MT10109L,' the pre-filled syringe 'PF30,' and the gene-recombinant botulinum toxin 'MT951.'
Lectures were also held on the use of Medytox’s botulinum toxin and fillers. Alejandra Castro Jimenez, Director of Insiders Clinic in Mexico, explained dermal toxin procedures effective for skin improvement. Xi-An Yang, Director of Treasure Clinic in Taiwan, shared know-how on botulinum toxin procedures for trapezius muscle enhancement. Anna Vershinina, Director of European Aesthetic Clinic in Russia, and Akiko Miyamoto, Director of Bianca Clinic in Japan, each shared the latest insights on facial contour reconstruction and vaginal filler procedures, respectively.
On the final day, an academic program called 'M.LAB' was held at the Medytox Global Business Center in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with over 200 participants. Hoon Young Kim, Director of Pygmalion Clinic, and Hyung Kyu Bae, Professor at Yonsei University, gave anatomy lectures and live demonstrations using 'Neulux,' while Soo Jung Heo, Director of Skinyoung Clinic, and Yoo Jin Choi, Professor at Konkuk University, presented on 'Neuramis,' receiving an enthusiastic response from attendees.
