Asiana Airlines to Move to Incheon Airport Terminal 2 Starting January 14 Next Year
Check-in Counters Located in G to J Zones
J Row Designated for Business Class and Premium Members
Asiana Airlines announced on November 4 that it will begin operating out of Incheon Airport Terminal 2 starting January 14 next year.
From 00:00 on January 14, 2025, all Asiana Airlines flights will depart from and arrive at Terminal 2. Check-in will be available at counters G through J, with the J row designated exclusively for business class and premium members.
This terminal relocation by Asiana Airlines is a measure to facilitate the launch of an integrated airline. The move is expected to improve airport operational efficiency and enhance passenger convenience.
Asiana Airlines plans to strengthen customer guidance regarding the terminal relocation to minimize passenger confusion. The company will continue to promote the change through its website and social media channels, and will install information banners at key locations within Incheon Airport to focus on customer guidance.
From January 14, 2025, terminal information will be updated on electronic ticket itineraries (E-TICKET) for all departing passengers, and additional individual notifications will be sent via AlimTalk.
An Asiana Airlines representative stated, "We will continue to promote and inform customers about the move to Terminal 2 until January 14 next year," adding, "We are preparing to provide a more comfortable and pleasant travel environment at Terminal 2."
