View original imageThis job fair brought together a variety of employment-related programs in one place, including recruitment booths, entrepreneurship booths, special employment lectures, and a job project promotion booth. Twenty-six companies and over 600 job seekers participated in the event, engaging in active recruitment consultations.
In particular, the recruitment booths featured on-site interviews for various positions such as office, service, and production jobs. Some companies even announced successful candidates immediately on the day of the event, resulting in tangible hiring outcomes.
Additionally, programs aimed at enhancing job seekers' employability-such as the special employment lecture ("Job Search Strategies Using ChatGPT"), resume consulting, and a booth for taking resume photos-were met with an enthusiastic response.
