Hyundai AutoEver Achieves Top Win-Win Growth Index Rating for Second Consecutive Year
Hyundai AutoEver announced on November 3, 2025, that it has achieved the highest rating of "Excellent" for the second consecutive year in the 2024 Win-Win Growth Index evaluation.
The Win-Win Growth Index is a quantified indicator that evaluates the level of win-win cooperation between large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Since 2011, the Win-Win Growth Committee has announced the results of the index evaluation once a year.
The Win-Win Growth Index is divided into five grades: Excellent, Outstanding, Good, Average, and Needs Improvement. The final grade is determined by combining the comprehensive evaluation of the Win-Win Growth Committee and the Fair Trade Agreement implementation assessment by the Fair Trade Commission, each accounting for half of the score. The main evaluation criteria include transaction relationships, cooperation relationships, fairness of contracts, and support for win-win cooperation.
The 2024 evaluation was conducted on a total of 236 companies. Among these, 40 companies, including Hyundai AutoEver, received the highest "Excellent" rating. Since first being included in the index in 2014, Hyundai AutoEver has received the top rating in 2021 and 2023. With this latest result, the company has achieved the highest grade for two consecutive years for the first time since its inclusion in the index.
Hyundai AutoEver continues to make various efforts to support the sustainable growth of its partners. The company has participated in the "Partner ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Support Program" operated by the Win-Win Growth Committee for five consecutive years since 2021, helping small and medium-sized partners internalize ESG management. Last year, Hyundai AutoEver developed ESG guidelines and evaluation indicators tailored for IT companies and provided 23 partner companies with professional ESG support, including specialized ESG training, competency assessments, and consulting. As a result, 87% of participating partners were selected as excellent ESG companies by the Win-Win Growth Committee.
Additionally, Hyundai AutoEver operates various win-win programs, including planning and operating customized win-win cooperation programs for partners, early and 100% cash payment of subcontracting fees, and 100% use of standard subcontracting contracts. In particular, to foster a sustainable business environment and respond to the strengthening of global ESG regulations, Hyundai AutoEver has expanded its "supply chain ESG management" work this year.
