BNK Busan Bank Cuts "Saeheumang Holssi Loan" Interest Rate by Up to 1%p
Up to 60 Billion KRW by Year-End
Reducing the Burden on Financially Vulnerable Groups
BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seongbin) will reduce the interest rate on its flagship financial product for low-income individuals, the "Saeheumang Holssi Loan," by up to 1.0 percentage point for new loans until the end of the year, in order to alleviate the financial burden on low-income and financially vulnerable groups.
This interest rate reduction will be automatically applied to customers who newly take out the Saeheumang Holssi Loan, with a total support amount of 60 billion KRW. The bank explained that this initiative aims to enhance financial accessibility for low-income individuals and to strengthen its commitment to inclusive finance.
Shin Sik, Head of the Personal Customer Group at BNK Busan Bank, stated, "This is a sincere effort to ease the financial burden on low-income individuals and improve financial accessibility," adding, "We will continue to expand institutional improvements centered on financial consumers and support for vulnerable groups."
