Korea Technology Finance Corporation Holds Innovation Strategy Training... "Establishing a Culture of Innovation"

The Korea Technology Finance Corporation announced that it held the '2025 Innovation Strategy Training' over two days, from October 30 to 31, at locations including D.CAMP Mapo in Seoul.
The corporation appoints innovation leaders at each of its nationwide branches to promote company-wide management innovation and foster a culture of innovation. Since 2023, it has also launched a 'Youth Board' composed mainly of younger employees, continuing its activities to this day. Each year, the corporation holds a joint training session for innovation leaders and Youth Board members to help establish a culture of innovation.

View original imageOn the first day of the training, a special lecture was held at D.CAMP Mapo on the topic of 'The Past, Present, and Future of Artificial Intelligence.' Afterwards, participating employees visited the Naver 1784 building in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, where they observed the latest technological innovations in artificial intelligence, robotics, and autonomous driving, and experienced real-world examples of digital innovation by companies.
On the second day, another special lecture was held on innovative technology and innovation culture. The participating employees discussed trends in future industries and took time to enhance their self-leadership.
