The police forcibly dispersed protesters holding an anti-Trump rally near the Gyeongju Museum, where the South Korea-U.S. summit is being held.

View original imageAccording to the police on the 29th, around 70 participants in the anti-American rally broke through the police barricade and advanced to within about 100 meters of the Gyeongju Museum, where they continued their protest.
The distance from Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond to the Gyeongju Museum is approximately 400 to 500 meters in a straight line. The protesters evaded police control and marched 200 to 300 meters along a four-lane road.
Holding banners that read "NO Trump, Withdraw Investment from the U.S.," the protesters clashed physically with the police, but no serious injuries have been reported.
