Gumi Office of Education Conducts Practical Training to Strengthen School Records Management Skills for Administrative Staff
Enhancing Administrative Transparency
Utilizing Records as Educational Assets
Gumi Office of Education in North Gyeongsang Province (Superintendent Min Byungdo) conducted practical training on school records management on October 28 in the first-floor multipurpose auditorium of the Gumi Office of Education. The session was attended by about 80 staff members in charge of administrative work from local public kindergartens, elementary schools, and middle schools.
This training aimed to enhance administrative transparency and guide participants through step-by-step record management methods so that records can be utilized as educational assets. In addition, checklists and explanations were provided to help schools prepare for next year’s school records management inspection.
The Gumi Office of Education is playing a leading role in managing educational records in the region, overseeing more than 80 administrative departments and preserving records transferred from closed private kindergartens.
