[Weather] Chilly Morning... Daytime Highs to Reach 15-20 Degrees Celsius
On Wednesday, the 29th, most regions across the country will see generally clear skies, while the Seoul metropolitan area will experience intervals of heavy cloud cover.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, temperatures will remain low and chilly until the morning, but are expected to return to seasonal averages (morning lows between 2 and 12 degrees Celsius, afternoon highs between 16 and 20 degrees Celsius) starting in the afternoon.
Daytime high temperatures are forecast to range from 15 to 20 degrees Celsius. As of 5 a.m., major cities are reporting the following temperatures: Seoul 6.5 degrees, Incheon 7.7 degrees, Suwon 4.5 degrees, Chuncheon 0.9 degrees, Gangneung 7.3 degrees, Cheongju 4.9 degrees, Daejeon 3.7 degrees, Jeonju 4.6 degrees, Gwangju 5.6 degrees, Jeju 11.9 degrees, Daegu 2.4 degrees, Busan 8.8 degrees, Ulsan 6.3 degrees, and Changwon 7.5 degrees. The temperature difference between day and night will be significant in inland areas, ranging from 15 to 20 degrees Celsius, so extra care should be taken to maintain good health.

Wave heights are expected to be between 0.5 and 1.0 meters in the coastal waters of the East Sea and South Sea, and between 0.5 and 1.5 meters in the coastal waters of the West Sea. In offshore areas (up to about 200 kilometers from the coastline), wave heights will range from 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea and West Sea, and from 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea.
