KIKI Becomes Web Novel Protagonist... Idol Group Expands Its IP
Written by the Author of "Carry Sunjae on My Back"
New Song and Audiobook to Be Released Together
The girl group KIKI will become the protagonists of a web novel. Their idol activities, which had previously been limited to music, will be expanded to include story, audio, and music releases.
On October 28, Kakao Entertainment announced that it will begin serializing "Dear. X: From Me Tomorrow to Me Today" on KakaoPage starting at 6 p.m. on November 4.
The novel follows members Jiyu, Lee Sol, Sui, Haeum, and Kiya as they are suddenly transported to another world and embark on an adventure to return to their original world. The story is written by author Kim Bbang, who also wrote the original web novel "Tomorrow's Best," which inspired the drama "Carry Sunjae on My Back." The series will consist of a total of 53 episodes.

Alongside the release of the web novel, a new song titled "To Me, From Me" will also be released. The track, performed by KIKI, is based on the universe of the web novel. On November 12, prologue and epilogue audiobooks recorded by the members will also be released.
