NongHyup Bank Successfully Concludes Internal Robot Process Automation Competition
Automation Applied to 233 Tasks
Annual Cost Savings of 42.6 Billion KRW Expected
NH NongHyup Bank announced on the 27th that it held the 2025 Robot Process Automation (RPA) Big League Awards Ceremony at the NongHyup Bank headquarters.
Now in its fourth year, the RPA Big League is an internal competition in which employees directly utilize RPA technology to identify and develop automation projects. The competition focuses on spreading a culture of innovation centered on the workplace.
This year, 39 projects were identified, and 10 outstanding projects were ultimately selected, including Automated Customer Information Maintenance (Grand Prize), Automated Verification of Mobile Loan Document Submission (Excellence Award), and Bulk Processing of NH ONE Overseas Remittance Services (Merit Award).

View original imageThe 39 discovered projects will undergo testing and are scheduled to be implemented in actual operations within the year. Once implementation is complete, a total of 233 tasks will be automated, which is expected to save approximately 42.6 billion KRW annually, enhance customer service quality, and improve work efficiency.
