Lotte Hotels & Resorts announced on October 28 that it has launched a 'Mobile Integrated Accommodation Voucher' for corporate clients.
This new product expands the existing paper accommodation vouchers into a mobile format, making them more convenient and flexible to use. Both mobile and paper vouchers can be used at Signiel Seoul, Signiel Busan, Lotte Hotel Seoul, Lotte Hotel World, Lotte Hotel Jeju, Lotte Hotel Ulsan, and Lotte Hotel Busan.
The integrated accommodation vouchers are available in denominations of 2 million won, 1.5 million won, 1 million won, 800,000 won, and 600,000 won, depending on the hotel and room type. Customers can choose their preferred hotel according to the voucher amount.
Additionally, mobile vouchers can be delivered via text message or email, and recipients can easily make a reservation simply by accessing a link, without the need for a physical exchange process. The company explained that these vouchers can be used not only as gifts for corporate VIP clients, but also as promotional prizes and employee welfare benefits.
Mobile accommodation vouchers can be purchased by contacting the chain hotels directly or through the corporate mobile coupon service website 'Giftiel Biz.' Paper vouchers are available for purchase via phone inquiry.
