Yangju City to Recruit Additional Participants for 'Motivational Enhancement Program' Supporting Alcohol Use Disorder Recovery
The Yangju City Public Health Center will expand the participant pool for the 'Motivational Enhancement Program' for alcohol use disorder recovery, which has been held monthly at the Yangju City Mental Health Welfare Center since March this year. Starting on October 27, the center will recruit additional participants to support the recovery of more citizens.

View original imageThe 'Motivational Enhancement Program' is designed to relieve tension through physical health activities and to strengthen motivation for sobriety by improving self-efficacy and self-esteem, thereby laying the foundation for recovery.
Eligible participants are Yangju City residents who have been diagnosed with alcohol use disorder. Those interested in joining can apply by phone or via QR code.
The Yangju City Mental Health Welfare Center operates a variety of educational and counseling programs to promote mental health and prevent mental illness in the community. The center also continues its efforts to raise awareness and provide treatment support for alcohol addiction issues, as well as other mental health concerns.
