Abraham Kim to Take Office as President of The Korea Society in January Next Year
Abraham Kim, President of the Council of Korean Americans (CKA), will assume the position of President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Korea Society, a U.S.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to Korea-U.S. friendship, starting in January next year.
On the 23rd (local time), The Korea Society announced that Kim will take office as the new President and CEO beginning January 19 next year.
Kim graduated from Boston University and Harvard University, and earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from Columbia University. He has served as a national security analyst at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C., Deputy Director at the Korea Economic Institute of America (KEI), and Head of Government Services Research and Asia Analyst at Eurasia Group, a global political risk consulting firm.
