South Korea has been placed in Group B alongside Japan, Sweden, and the World Team. Group A consists of the United States, Australia, Thailand, and China. The group stage is played in a four-ball format, where each player plays their own ball and the better score counts toward the team score. The top two countries from each group advance to the semifinals.
