New "Preferential Interest Rate for Repurchase" Service Introduced
Hyundai Commercial announced on the 21st that it has introduced a "Welcome Package" that allows customers to view all of its products and services at a glance.
Hyundai Commercial handles financial products and services related to commercial vehicles such as industrial trucks and buses, as well as construction equipment like excavators and forklifts.
The Welcome Package is a type of product guide designed to provide an overview of all Hyundai Commercial's products and services in one place.
First, it includes the Plus Business Loan Service, which helps customers secure both vehicle purchase funds and initial business capital through a single loan.
It also features a one-month payment deferment service for customers who face temporary difficulties making payments during loan repayment.
The package includes a job-matching service for business operations and a "Sell My Car" service that allows customers to conveniently and easily sell their existing vehicles.
The company explained that the Welcome Package has been meticulously designed to provide all the necessary services throughout the entire vehicle usage cycle, from the moment of purchase to replacement with a new vehicle.
It enables intuitive access to services such as the exclusive "GoTruck" application for commercial vehicle owners, ensuring timely use. For customers in the logistics and transportation industries, it also includes items like reflective stickers to assist with night driving.
Additionally, a preferential interest rate discount program has been introduced for customers who replace or repurchase vehicles.
Customers receive a 0.3 percentage point discount when purchasing a new vehicle and a 1 percentage point discount when purchasing a used vehicle. If customers apply in advance through the GoTruck app, the interest rate discount is automatically applied when they use financial products later.
