"Experience AX and Receive Consulting"... KT Innovation Hub Opens
Strategic Partnership with Microsoft
Establishing a Space for AX in Korea's Industrial Sector
Prototyping AI Agents and More Possible
KT has partnered with Microsoft (MS) to establish a space in Gwanghwamun where visitors can experience Artificial Intelligence Transformation (AX) and receive customized consulting.
On October 20, KT announced the opening of the "KT Innovation Hub" for AX in the domestic industrial sector, based on its strategic partnership with MS. Located in the KT Gwanghwamun West Building and spanning approximately 595 square meters, the KT Innovation Hub is a space where business-to-business (B2B) clients can view exhibitions on AX work innovation and receive tailored consulting.
The KT Innovation Hub is divided into three zones: the AX Gallery, which showcases the latest AI technologies and their applications; conference rooms and a development studio for AX consulting; and a recharge zone that provides opportunities for creative exchange and relaxation.
In the AX Gallery, customers can experience various solution exhibits using voice commands and touch panels. One of the main exhibits is the "Multi-Agent" solution. Previously, to create a report, customers had to give instructions to each AI performing different roles and then collect the results. With the Multi-Agent solution, multiple AIs collaborate and coordinate autonomously to produce results that meet the request.
In the conference rooms and development studio, customers explore ways to apply the innovations experienced in the AX Gallery to their own situations. AX specialists work with customers to develop a roadmap for work innovation and provide technical advice and solution design to realize these goals.
Notably, the designed solutions can be developed into a working prototype within up to five days. This allows for verification of whether the technology is truly effective for the customer. For example, for companies seeking to innovate their customer service centers, the process begins by diagnosing the existing human-centered consultation workflow, then developing a trial AI agent by simply teaching the AI only the core knowledge.
KT’s dedicated AX consulting organization, the "AXD Division," plans to deliver the innovations experienced by customers as a full-package service, including industry-specific AX consulting and engineering, through collaboration with MS technology experts.
