The program is designed to allow young people interested in rural life and hoping to return to farming or relocate to the countryside to escape the pressures of city life, find healing and rest in a rural setting, experience local resources, and explore opportunities for entrepreneurship and settlement.
The program begins with an orientation with local residents on the first day. During the first and second weeks, participants will take part in "Opening Your Heart," "Getting to Know the Village," rural experience activities, and "Getting to Know Samcheok." In the third and fourth weeks, the program will shift to a customized curriculum focused on planning business ideas and experimenting with entrepreneurship. Participants will receive support for accommodation, meals, training expenses, dedicated mentors, program operation costs, and expenses for entrepreneurial experiments.
