The meeting was conducted in a free and open discussion format. Participants, drawing on their practical experience, presented various opinions, including: ▲ issues of promotion stagnation and morale decline among lower-level staff due to prolonged staff freeze ▲ the need to establish a flexible personnel redistribution and adjustment system to respond to changing demands ▲ the creation and segmentation of specialized organizations to address increasingly complex and diversified administrative needs ▲ and building a task-oriented interdepartmental collaboration system to alleviate departmental silos.
Director of Planning and Policy Ahn Youngsun stated, "The perspectives of low-ranking staff working on the ground are essential for enhancing the effectiveness of organizational restructuring," and added, "We will carefully review the opinions presented today to help address the difficulties faced by low-ranking public officials."
