"Realizing Social Value" ... Changwon Facilities Corporation Holds 'Next Year's Major Business Plan Reporting Meeting'
Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam is holding the '2026 Major Business Plan Reporting Meeting' for each department over two days, October 16 and 17.
This meeting brings together executives at the deputy director level and above from seven divisions and departments. Following an evaluation of this year's work performance, they are discussing detailed action plans for sustainable development in the coming year.
In particular, based on the corporation's mid- to long-term management strategy, the participants are discussing management efficiency measures, as well as strategies to overcome low birth rates and the risk of local extinction.
Specifically, next year, the corporation plans to focus on: smart innovation management based on AI and digital technology; sustainable management through strengthened financial soundness; realization of social value through customer communication and regional coexistence; expansion of work-family balance policies to address low birth rates; and strengthening industrial safety management capabilities and response systems.
