Kyowon Wells 'Slim One' Wins Main Award at Japan Good Design Award
Sweeping All Four Major Global Design Awards
Kyowon Wells announced on October 16, 2025, that its direct water purifier 'Slim One' has received the main award at the 2025 Japan Good Design Award.
The Good Design Award is Japan's most prestigious international design competition, organized by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion (JIDP). It selects outstanding entries through a comprehensive evaluation of product design, innovation, user experience, and eco-friendliness. Along with iF, Red Dot, and IDEA, it is recognized as one of the world's top four design awards.
With this award, Slim One has now swept all four of the world's major design awards. Slim One features a minimalist design inspired by nature. It embodies a philosophy of sustainability by utilizing a recyclable cork material.
The product is equipped with a triple mineral filter inside. This triple mineral filter removes 99.9% of harmful substances in water, such as heavy metals, microplastics, and norovirus, while doubling the mineral content-including calcium, magnesium, and potassium-compared to previous models.
