Gyeongbuk Technopark Operates "K-Bio Joint Promotion Pavilion" in Japan
Diversifying Global Expansion of Cell-Cultured Food Regulation-Free Special Zone Companies in Gyeongbuk
Gyeongbuk Technopark (President Ha Inseong, GyeongbukTP) announced on October 13 that it successfully concluded the operation of the "K-Bio Joint Promotion Pavilion" at "BIO JAPAN 2025," Asia's largest comprehensive bio exhibition, which was held in Yokohama, Japan for three days starting on October 8. The event was co-hosted with the Korea Institute of Toxicology (KIT) and Chungbuk Technopark.
"BIO JAPAN 2025" is an international business platform that shares the latest trends and innovative technologies across the bio industry, including new drug development, regenerative medicine, and digital healthcare.
Gyeongbuk Technopark participated in BIO JAPAN 2025, Asia's largest comprehensive bio exhibition held in Yokohama, Japan, promoting the innovative technologies of companies from the Gyeongbuk region.

In particular, beyond operating the joint promotion pavilion, Gyeongbuk Technopark, the Korea Institute of Toxicology (KIT), and Chungbuk Technopark also held the "K-Startup@bio IR DAY" (October 9) and a conference (October 10), introducing the technologies of promising domestic bio startups.
At "K-Startup@bio IR DAY," a total of six leading domestic bio startups presented their technologies and held partnering meetings, with the participation of local professional venture capital and accelerator institutions from the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, and other countries.
