It was designed to prepare for the autumn season, when local festivals and performances are concentrated, by simulating a complex disaster scenario in which an explosion, fire, and crowd crush accident occur simultaneously inside a performance venue.

The training involved 25 related organizations, including fire departments, police, military, and local governments. Students from the Department of Fire Safety Management at Dong-Eui Science University participated as simulated victims alongside citizens.

The students experienced realistic training scenarios, including evacuating during a performance venue fire and rescue operations in crowded situations. They participated in initial fire suppression and audience evacuation, search and rescue using helicopters, rescue dogs, and drones, as well as special military unit deployment and the rescue of isolated individuals.
