Incheon TP to Hold 'Root Industry Company Job Fair' at Seo-gu District Office on the 22nd
Incheon Technopark (Incheon TP) will hold the '5th Root Industry Company Job Fair' on October 22 at 2:00 p.m. in the main auditorium of the Seo-gu District Office in Incheon, aiming to address manpower shortages in the root industry and boost local employment.
The job fair is part of the '2025 Incheon Regional Innovation Project,' jointly organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and Incheon City, under the slogan 'Growth Through Roots, Walking Together Toward the Future.'
On this day, 15 root industry companies from Incheon will conduct on-site one-on-one interviews. Job seekers can submit their resumes at the information desk, check recruitment information on the bulletin board, and then participate in interviews at each company's booth.
Incheon TP and other employment support organizations will provide tailored employment counseling to resolve mismatches between job seekers and employers. In addition, a variety of side events will be offered, including a root industry VR experience, AI caricatures, AI interviews, resume photo shoots, and employment tarot card readings.
An official from Incheon TP stated, "We hope this job fair will widely promote outstanding root industry companies in Incheon and serve as an opportunity to contribute to job creation in local specialized industries. We will continue to strengthen practical support for both root industry companies and job seekers to further vitalize Incheon's root industry."
