The participating students received instruction on safety guidelines for the European Culture Exploration, as well as preliminary education on the countries to be visited (2nd program: three Balkan countries; 3rd program: Italy) and necessary preparations. They were also briefed on the requirements for submitting a report and participating in a presentation session after the trip concludes.
This 2nd and 3rd European Culture Exploration program has been expanded based on the high satisfaction and positive outcomes of last year's and the previous 1st Spain exploration. Notably, for the first time in the nation, all first-year students at local high schools are being given the opportunity to participate in the European Culture Exploration.
The 2nd European Culture Exploration will take place from October 18 to 27, spanning 10 days and 8 nights in three Balkan countries. The 3rd program will visit Italy from November 6 to 15, also for 10 days and 8 nights. Participating students will directly experience educational institutions, cultural heritage sites, and historical landmarks in European countries. Through this, the program is expected to not only enhance the global competencies of individual students but also contribute to nurturing future talent for the region.
