Samsung C&T Resort Division's Everland will host a special "Golden Week" event from October 3 to October 12, coinciding with the Chuseok holiday, which can last up to ten days this year.
During the holiday period, Everland will offer a variety of experiences, including traditional folk games to immerse visitors in the Chuseok spirit, the Panda Second House, the K-Pop Demon Hunters themed zone, and the Wizard of Oz festival.
From October 4 to October 8, a five-day folk game festival will be held at Carnival Square, where everyone can freely enjoy traditional Korean games such as ttakji-chigi (slap-match), yutnori (stick game), and jegichagi (shuttlecock kicking).
Everland’s signature characters, Reni and Lara, will appear dressed in hanbok and hold a Hanbok Character Photo Time twice daily at Carnival Square during the same period, offering guests the chance to take photos together.
At the Magic Time Restaurant next to Carnival Square, a variety of holiday special menus, including assorted jeon (Korean pancakes) and traditional Korean sweets, will be available.

Starting October 3, when the Chuseok holiday begins, the Panda Second House, where the twin baby pandas will reside, will be open to the public for the first time. Visitors will be able to see Ruibao and Huibao living independently in their new home.
On the opening day, the first 3,000 visitors to the Panda Second House will receive a personalized friendship card engraved with their name. At the Panda World Cafe, a limited-edition "Rui & Hui Tteokhani Set," featuring rice cakes and drinks, will be available from October 1 to October 12.
At Panda World and the online goods shop, a Chuseok shopping event is underway, where customers who make purchases above a certain amount will receive bookmarks and handkerchiefs decorated with traditional patterns and photos of the Bao Family.

There is also a wealth of content for guests to enjoy according to their preferences during their autumn holiday outings.
Currently, Everland is hosting a fall festival themed after The Wizard of Oz, where visitors can experience a variety of contrasting attractions in the bright and magical Emerald City and the spooky, fear-inducing Blood City.
Performances such as the "Smiley Pumpkin Parade" and "Crazy Zombie Hunt in Oz," which represent the festival by day and night, are being held in each themed zone.
The K-Pop Demon Hunters themed zone, inspired by the Netflix animated film that is fueling the global K-culture trend, opened on September 26 and is already gaining popularity.
In the K-Pop Demon Hunters themed zone, major scenes from the film and popular OSTs like "Golden" and "Soda Pop" are played on a large LED screen. There are also character-themed photo zones and a giant art installation of the tiger "Duffy" to welcome visitors.
Guests can immerse themselves in character stories such as "Huntrix" and "Lion Boys" through mission-based games and interactive photo zones. There are also 38 types of limited-edition merchandise and K-snack experiences available exclusively at Everland, allowing visitors to fully experience K-Pop Demon Hunters on-site.
The immersive mission game "Memory Carnival," jointly launched by Everland and Key Escape, is also open, offering a unique and exciting experience.
To present a large-scale mission game within the theme park, Everland has transformed the former Raptor Ranger site into a massive indoor and outdoor experience zone spanning approximately 1,450 square meters. Three types of mission programs have been created, including immersive experiences with character actors and integrated online-offline challenges.
Various experience programs will also be held throughout the Everland complex during the Chuseok holiday, making it ideal to enjoy together with Everland.
At Forest Camp near Everland, a "Meonghani Walkgae" trekking program will run from October 7 to October 9 for guests who wish to enjoy the holiday with their dogs. Participants can trek through the forest with their pets and relax in nature.
This program offers a choice of two trekking courses, and includes a talk concert with pet experts on proper walking techniques and pet health care. Advance registration is required via the Everland website.
On the last day of the holiday, October 12, the Everland Speedway, the only circuit in the metropolitan area, will host the "Peaches Run Universe 2025," a Show Run festival by the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team.
