The completion ceremony was organized to encourage the members who successfully completed their activities and to share vivid testimonials from participating members. In addition, university student members formed teams of five to present their own environmental CSR ideas for Hyundai Motor Group, followed by an awards ceremony for the outstanding teams.
Hyundai Motor Group selected one grand prize team, one top excellence award team, and two excellence award teams on site, comprehensively considering topic relevance, logical structure, creativity, and feasibility. The grand prize-winning team presented a project to create an ecological passageway for the endangered narrow-mouthed toad using speed bumps, earning high praise for their strong interest in species protection and for proposing an innovative idea based on scientific analysis.
Hyundai Motor Group plans to review the application of outstanding ideas from the presentations to its actual CSR projects.
Happy Move is Hyundai Motor Group's flagship corporate social responsibility (CSR) program that supports university students in growing into future leaders through eco-friendly education and hands-on experiences. Since its launch in 2008, the program has produced more than 10,000 members as of last year.
