Dongducheon City Provides Commercialization Funds to Youth Startup Support Center Tenant Companies
Dongducheon City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Hyungdeok Park) announced on the 26th that it will provide a total of 30 million won in business commercialization funds to 12 tenant companies of the Youth Startup Support Center, with each company receiving 2.5 million won. This initiative aims to help young entrepreneurs settle stably and grow their businesses.

View original imageThis support was established to ease the initial management burden of young entrepreneurs and to provide necessary funds for the commercialization process. The city has selected four companies as the first recipients: Youth Cafe Bunaya, Miller Label, Bethel Corporation, and Taegukgi Grija, and has delivered the funds to them. The remaining tenant companies will receive support in sequence.
Mayor Hyungdeok Park stated, "Youth startups are the future growth engine of the region and a key to creating jobs for young people," adding, "We will continue to provide various forms of support to help overcome the difficulties faced in the early stages of starting a business."

The city also plans to systematically support the growth of young companies by operating customized programs such as entrepreneurship education, mentoring, and market development, centered around the Youth Startup Support Center.
