Seo-gu Gwangju to Hold 'Autumn Healing Concert' on September 27
Performances by Anhyu Trio, Voice Toy, Yurisangja, and More
Seo-gu District in Gwangju will hold the 'Fall in Harmony' Autumn Healing Concert at 7 p.m. on September 27 on the lawn in front of the Hajungwoong Art Museum in Nongseong-dong.
According to Seo-gu District on September 25, this concert is themed around 'coexistence' and aims to provide a space for healing and empathy through music. In particular, more than 100 people, including single-person households and neighborhood care groups, will participate in connection with the 'Neighbor ON Day' project, which is sponsored by 'Seo-gu Honors,' a group of major donors.
The concert will open with a performance by the fusion acoustic guitar team 'Anhyu Trio,' followed by the a cappella group 'Voice Toy,' the popera group 'Commune,' and the renowned emotional duo 'Yurisangja,' who are celebrating their 28th anniversary this year, all of whom will set the mood for the autumn night.
In addition, an interactive open chat event titled 'I Can See Your Voice' will introduce real-time messages from participants, further enhancing communication and empathy.
There will also be a variety of side events. The 'Open Gallery' will feature works from the local artist group 'Urban Drawing' under the theme 'Drawing Seo-gu.' Experience booths operated by the village community will offer various programs, including ▲natural aroma experiences, ▲pressed flower bookmark making, and ▲plaster air freshener making. In addition, a promotional booth for the Seochang Silver Grass Festival will be set up to further strengthen the connection with local cultural events.
