Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation Holds Customized Workshop for Small Business Owners...Encouragement and Support for a Fresh Start
Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation held the "Do-Dream Workshop with Gyeonggi Small Business Owners" on September 24 at the auditorium on the 3rd floor of the Gwanggyo main branch in Suwon, attended by about 200 small business owners from the province.
The event was hosted by Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation and sponsored by Shinhan Bank. It was organized to encourage small business owners who have supported the local economy amid the economic downturn and to provide them with an opportunity for a fresh start.
The workshop was divided into two sessions: the "Do-Dream Cafe" and the "Success Do-Dream Seminar." At the "Do-Dream Cafe," around 30 small business owners-including young entrepreneurs, new startups, women, and those making a comeback-sat down with Ko Youngin, Vice Governor for Economic Affairs of Gyeonggi Province, to share their on-site experiences and concerns.
In the subsequent "Success Do-Dream Seminar," the Research and Analysis Team of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation introduced the "2025 Essential Policy Guide for Small Business Owners," summarizing the latest support systems and key points for their effective use.

View original imageAdditionally, Kim Yujin, author of "The Korean Master of Business," presented case-based strategies for small business owners to not only survive but also grow during times of recession. Through a Q&A session, she provided practical information by detailing how these strategies could be applied to different industries.
Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation also operated on-site consultation desks for guarantees and business consulting, offering tailored guidance on guarantee utilization, review procedures, and post-management according to industry and business stage.
