"Making Realizer Synonymous with Every First Meeting"
At exhibitions that attract tens of thousands of visitors, leads-potential customers who show interest in participating companies-leave their names and contact information through business cards. These individuals have a high likelihood of converting into actual customers. For small and medium-sized enterprises with limited networks, even a single lead is critical. After the exhibition ends, company representatives are left with hundreds of business cards, but the real challenge comes next. As days are wasted organizing these cards, faces are forgotten and opportunities disappear. Industry experts estimate that up to 80% of leads are lost if there is no follow-up within 48 hours. Cobalt has introduced its artificial intelligence (AI) solution for lead management, 'Realizer,' to address this inefficiency.
On September 25, Ha Il Lee, CEO of Cobalt, stated, "Realizer removes labor-intensive tasks such as organizing business cards, researching information, and composing messages from people, while the information generated through this process becomes the fuel for a company's core system, customer relationship management (CRM)." CEO Lee, a co-founder of Dunamu, and Vice President Seo Hyun Kim explained that Realizer can automate the process of turning a first meeting into a business opportunity. By simply entering a business card or email address, the AI searches over 50 data sources to summarize the counterpart's career, company status, investment issues, and even assesses credibility. After the exhibition, the system automatically provides briefings on leads and drafts customized messages, allowing users to simply review and send them.
CEO Lee emphasized, above all, that "people should focus on meetings, while machines handle data, dividing roles accordingly." Vice President Kim added, "While there are many lightweight online CRM tools, our goal was to create an essential tool for face-to-face sales that can be used instantly on-site and minimizes the risk of losing leads." Cobalt's aim goes beyond just an online business card wallet-they want to turn those cards into revenue. One client reported that after using the beta version of Realizer at a global exhibition, they connected with leads three times faster than usual.

Realizer is designed as a web-based platform rather than an application. This is because requiring counterparts to install a separate app in a sales setting can be a significant barrier. While existing similar apps require all users to install them, Cobalt has eliminated this constraint. With just a web browser, global customers can access the platform from anywhere and enjoy the same experience. As the company aims to enter overseas markets, special attention has been paid to data privacy. Exchanging business cards is considered a form of consent, and only publicly available information is collected. The company has established a policy to guarantee deletion requests and control rights in accordance with international standards such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe.

To achieve this, their plan for this year is to secure 100 early loyal customers worldwide and reach an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of 300,000 dollars (400 million won). Currently, they are focusing on targeting companies participating in exhibitions. In addition, they have formed a strategic partnership with the global accelerator Draper Startup House Korea, and plan to accelerate their expansion not only in Asia but also in the United States and Europe.
