The agenda focused on the Dongducheon National Industrial Complex and the Yeoncheon BIX General Industrial Complex, both of which have low sales rates in northern Gyeonggi. The discussion proceeded in the following order: sharing the current status and issues of sales, analyzing the causes of unsold lots, and exploring the roles and cooperation plans of each organization.

Participants reviewed the sales rates of both industrial complexes and exchanged views on strategies for revitalization, including the locational limitations and price competitiveness of each site.
The attending organizations agreed to strengthen communication among institutions and jointly develop effective measures to boost sales. Specific plans include enhancing promotional activities to attract companies, considering incentive programs, and establishing a working-level consultative body to regularly discuss collaborative strategies.
Kim Sangsoo, Director General for Balanced Development Planning of Gyeonggi Province, stated, "This meeting marks the first step in addressing the critical issue of unsold industrial complexes in northern Gyeonggi, reaffirming the necessity of cooperation among related organizations. Going forward, Gyeonggi Province will do its utmost to improve the investment environment for businesses through ongoing practical consultations, so that northern Gyeonggi's industrial complexes can become hubs of regional economic vitality."
