Masanhappo District Holds Major Work Plan Briefing for Next Year: "Resident Happiness Comes First"

Through Five Policy Pillars: Safety, Progress, Sharing, Communication, and Succession
On September 18, the Masanhappo District of Changwon Special City, South Gyeongsang Province, held a Major Work Plan Reporting Meeting for 2026 under the district administration goal of "Happy Happo for a Better Everyday."
Based on five pillars-safety, progress, sharing, communication, and succession-the district will implement a total of 91 projects, with plans to actively pursue innovative initiatives and key pending tasks in each sector.
This report was organized to actively reflect the central government's "people-centered" administrative policy at the local level and to realize "resident happiness administration" that citizens can truly experience.
Major projects include the installation of an emergency generator at the Seohang Drainage Pump Station and the maintenance of stormwater inlets to create a disaster-free safe city, birthday celebration programs for seniors, and the "Loneliness Zero" project targeting single-person households and at-risk reclusive households.
In addition, the district plans to improve the business environment for small business owners by renovating outdated facilities and creating a pleasant commercial area to revitalize the local economy.
Furthermore, through experiential programs at memorial facilities and the repair of aging sites, the district aims to honor the nation's fallen heroes and provide a dignified space for both visitors and citizens to pay their respects.
