More than 150 out-of-school youth from across Jeollanam-do participated in the event, experiencing a variety of career education programs including career counseling, mock interviews, and cultural activities.
In particular, the event provided a meaningful opportunity for out-of-school youth, who often lack access to career choices, to gain firsthand information about various professions through interactions with experts. This went beyond simple experiences and helped them build confidence.
Through the "Dreamdrim Sports Day," which brought together Out-of-School Youth Support Centers from all 22 cities and counties in the province, participants strengthened their bonds with peers while collaborating and communicating with one another.
Kang Seokwoon, Director of the Hope Talent Development Division of Jeollanam-do, stated, "It is our society's responsibility to help out-of-school youth confidently pursue and challenge their dreams," adding, "We will continue to support young people so they can grow into healthy members of society."
