This event was organized by the Jeongseon Women's New Employment Center, in collaboration with the Jeongseon County Social Welfare Council, a social welfare corporation. The Jeongseon Caregiver Training Center, operated by the council, participated as an educational institution.

Seven related social welfare organizations, including the Jeongseon County Elderly Nursing Home, took part in the event, providing recruitment information, updates on job openings, on-site consultations, and interviews.

Kim Deokki, Head of the Family Happiness Division of Jeongseon County, stated, "Through this event, we directly connected job seekers with caregiver qualifications to facilities in need of caregiving personnel, thereby increasing mutual satisfaction. Next year, we plan to further improve and enhance the 'Job Matching Day' to make it even more meaningful and effective. We will continue to actively support the expansion of community care services and the creation of stable jobs for women."
