View original imageOn September 9, the city invited instructor Kim Kyunghwa to deliver a special lecture titled "Civil Complaint Response Methods to Foster a Kindness Mindset" as part of the "Creating a Friendly Mungyeong Together" program, held in the main conference room at City Hall.
This training was organized to improve the service mindset of public service employees who interact with citizens on the front lines of civil affairs and to strengthen their response capabilities.
During the lecture, Kim Kyunghwa explained, using real-life examples, the importance of a positive attitude, service strategies to increase citizen satisfaction, and effective communication techniques in an easy-to-understand manner. Attending employees reaffirmed the value of kindness and pledged to strive to provide better administrative services to citizens.
Shin Hyunguk, mayor of Mungyeong, stated, "The foundation of kindness begins with a bright expression," and emphasized, "I will take the lead in creating an administrative culture that smiles and empathizes with citizens. We will continue to offer various programs to further enhance our employees' customer service skills."
