20,000 Bottles of Baeksansu Provided to Gangneung
On September 10, Nongshim announced that it will join forces with the Korea Meteorological Administration to provide Baeksansu bottled water to the Gangneung region, which is suffering from drought damage.
Since 2017, Nongshim has been collaborating with the Korea Meteorological Administration on various public-private joint initiatives, including campaigns to prevent heatwave damage. This time, the company will supply a total of 20,000 bottles (10,000 bottles of 2L Baeksansu and 10,000 bottles of 0.5L Baeksansu), which will be delivered to Gangneung residents who are struggling to secure water for daily use and drinking.
A Nongshim representative stated, "We hope this support will be of some help to Gangneung citizens who are experiencing significant difficulties in their daily lives due to the severe drought."

With the slogan "Avoid the sun and you'll be happy," Nongshim has promoted guidelines for preventing heatwave damage-such as ensuring access to water, shade, and rest-every year as part of the campaign. The company has also continued various activities, including providing Baeksansu bottled water and volunteer work for vulnerable groups affected by heatwaves.
