The Jangheung Theme Tour is an event planned by the Ilyeong 4-ri Village Community, which secured its budget through the 2025 participatory budgeting competition. The event was organized to promote tourism resources in Ilyeong-ri, Jangheung-myeon, and to revitalize the local economy.

This festival was held as the second installment, following "Part 1. Romantic Theater" in August. It featured a variety of programs, including busking performances, hands-on activities, and food booths, offering plenty of entertainment for local residents.

Na Taein, head of Jangheung-myeon, said, "I am grateful to the residents and village community committee members who participated despite the inclement weather," adding, "This festival provided an opportunity to reminisce about 'Seodeol,' the old name of Ilyeong-ri, and to widely promote Jangheung's tourist attractions."

Suh Kyuhyun, mayor of Yangju, said in his congratulatory remarks, "I hope this festival becomes an occasion to enjoy the nature and culture of Jangheung as the season transitions from summer to autumn," adding, "We will continue to do our best to vitalize the cultural and tourism resources of Jangheung-myeon."
