This is the second event, following a visit to the IT solutions company Airpass Co., Ltd. in July.
This time, participants will visit Bakeplus Co., Ltd., a leading global food company located in Deokpung-dong. Established in 1994, Bakeplus is a subsidiary of the French dairy specialist group SAVENCIA. The company is recognized for its excellent corporate culture, having led the supply of premium food ingredients and the dissemination of confectionery and bakery technology, as well as being certified as an "Excellent Employer" for four consecutive years.
The program includes a company tour and introduction, an explanation of job roles, a resume writing and interview skills session led by current employees, and a tasting experience of SAVENCIA products. The diverse program is designed to provide participants with practical employment information and indirect work experience.
Lee Hyunjae, Mayor of Hanam, stated, "This exploration program will not only boost job-seeking motivation and provide new opportunities for young people, but also help companies discover outstanding talent and enhance their corporate image. We will continue to actively listen to young people's voices and do our best to make Hanam a great place for youth to live."
