Seventeen's New Unit S.Coups and Mingyu to Release First Mini-Album on September 29
Pledis Entertainment announced on September 3 that S.Coups and Mingyu of the group Seventeen have formed a new unit and will release their first mini-album, "HYPE VIBES," on September 29.
The trailer video "JOIN OUR VIBE," which was released on the same day, was filmed in Los Angeles, United States, and captures the two enjoying the moment freely in their daily lives. The video highlights their unfiltered charm through a mix of party scenes, everyday moments, and exotic landscapes.
The "HYPE VIBES" album delivers the message that anyone can come together and connect in a hot and free-spirited atmosphere. The agency explained, "It was initially planned as a single, but we expanded it to a mini-album in order to more vividly express the various aspects of the 'now' in everyday life."
