Experts in Accounting and Legal Fields Join as Advisory Members
The Korea Deloitte Group announced on September 1 that it held the appointment ceremony for the "2025 Corporate Governance Development Center Advisory Committee" at the Korea Deloitte Group headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, on August 28.

View original imageThis year, Junhwa Noh, Professor at Chungnam National University Business Administration Department, was reappointed to the advisory committee, while Jongseong Park, Professor at Sookmyung Women's University Business Administration Department, and Jungha Lim, Professor at Seoul National University of Science and Technology Law School, newly joined the committee.
Professor Junhwa Noh has served as the Chair of the Internal Accounting Management System Best Practice Committee since 2022 and is a senior management and accounting expert with extensive research and practical experience in financial accounting. He holds CPA certifications in both Korea and Washington State, USA, and has served as the Chair of the Audit Committee at the Korean Accounting Association, the Korean International Accounting Association, and the Korean Accounting Information Association.
Professor Jongseong Park has served as a non-standing member of the Securities and Futures Commission and, as a certified public accountant, was the 31st President of the Korean Association of Tax Studies. Based on his diverse public and academic experience, including serving as Chair of the Audit Committee of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants, non-standing judge at the Tax Tribunal, and member of the National Tax Law Review Committee at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, he is recognized for his outstanding expertise in taxation and accounting.
Professor Jungha Lim is actively involved in various government committees, including as a member of the Financial Services Commission’s Virtual Asset Investigation and Deliberation Committee, the Financial Intelligence Unit’s Sanctions Deliberation Committee, the Financial Supervisory Service’s Financial Dispute Mediation Committee, and the Ministry of Government Legislation’s Statute Interpretation Committee. He is currently the Senior Vice President of the Korean Economic Law Association, Vice President of the Financial Consumer Association, and International Director of the Korean Commercial Law Association.
Over the next year, the advisory committee will provide comprehensive advice on accounting, legal, and other matters related to the main activities of the Corporate Governance Development Center. The committee also plans to contribute to and review the center’s quarterly publications, as well as provide guidance on matters related to boards of directors and audit committees.
