Eugene Investment & Securities Launches AI-Powered Conversational Condition Search Service "EugeneAI"
Eugene Investment & Securities, a financial affiliate of Eugene Group (Chairman Yoo Kyung Sun), launched "EugeneAI," an AI-powered conversational condition search service, on September 1 to help investors find investment stocks more easily and quickly.
This service is the industry's first case of combining a securities firm's proprietary condition search data with generative AI capabilities. Through "EugeneAI," investors can set investment conditions and explore stocks simply by asking natural questions, without the need for complex professional terminology.
Previously, investors had to directly analyze numerous indicators and data or use condition search functions on HTS or MTS platforms to find desired stocks. While condition search is an effective tool that uses various variables such as technical indicators, financial ratios, candlestick patterns, and price signals to select strategic stocks, investors with less experience often found the terminology and procedures too complicated to approach easily.
To lower these barriers, Eugene Investment & Securities integrated a generative AI based on a Large Language Model (LLM) into the condition search process. As a result, when users ask everyday questions such as "Which stocks offer high dividends and are undervalued?" or "Which stocks in the semiconductor theme have reached a 52-week high recently?", the AI suggests appropriate condition formulas and automatically sets detailed options.
By using "EugeneAI," investors can obtain results that go beyond simply searching with a generative AI from outside sources. Typically, condition searches through AI platforms provide only theoretical explanations or general information, but "EugeneAI" is linked in real time with Eugene Investment & Securities' extensive condition search data and corporate information, offering results that can be immediately utilized in actual trading strategies.
In particular, the newly launched "EugeneAI" is provided through the MTS, reflecting the mobile-centric investment environment, and is offered with a "conversational UI" to maximize user convenience. Instead of complicated input windows, users can search for stocks by conversing like with a chatbot, and the AI remembers previous questions to provide contextually relevant answers. This allows users to enjoy a natural and immersive experience without the complexity or inconvenience of traditional search processes.
The first version, released today, provides key condition formulas, condition-specific variables, securities terminology, and corporate information. The upcoming second update will expand to include all condition formulas, further enhancing the accuracy and utility of the searches.
Additionally, Eugene Investment & Securities plans to continue upgrading the service by integrating it with the entire MTS menu, improving answer accuracy through learning from specialized securities corpora, and introducing a deductive search function that accumulates and infers conditions based on ongoing conversational context. Through these efforts, the company aims to develop "EugeneAI" into a standalone securities AI agent.
No Jin Man, Head of the IT Division at Eugene Investment & Securities, stated, "With the launch of 'EugeneAI,' customers no longer need to create complex condition formulas themselves, as the AI supports optimal stock searches tailored to the intent of their questions. We will continue to combine our proprietary data with artificial intelligence technology to expand customer-centric digital innovation services and further enhance the customer experience."
