Lina Life Insurance Launches 2025 Open Recruitment for Full-Time Entry-Level Employees
Recruiting Around 40 New Employees
Final Successful Candidates to Join in February Next Year
Lina Life Insurance, an affiliate of the global insurance leading group Chubb, announced on August 28 that it will conduct open recruitment for full-time entry-level employees for 2025.
Lina Life Insurance will hire approximately 40 new employees across all areas, including product and actuarial, management support, and IT. Eligible applicants are graduates of four-year universities or those scheduled to graduate by February 2026. Applications can be submitted through the Lina Life Insurance recruitment website from September 1 to September 19. The selection process consists of: document screening, aptitude test, first interview, and final interview. The final successful candidates will join the company in February 2026.
During the recruitment period, the company plans to communicate with applicants by holding job fairs at major universities in Seoul and recruitment briefings at its headquarters. Applications for the headquarters briefing session can be made on a first-come, first-served basis through the recruitment website starting September 1, and the session will be held at the Lina Life Insurance headquarters in Gwanghwamun on September 12.
While most insurance companies prefer experienced hires, Lina Life Insurance, with the full support of its parent company Chubb Group, is conducting its first open recruitment for entry-level employees since the acquisition, aiming to nurture talent with a vision for the future. In a challenging job market, new applicants who have made efforts in their studies and accumulated diverse experiences are considered well-prepared talent, and will be selected under the slogan, "You're already a pro!"
