Suggestions raised during the event included: ▲ installation of shade canopies to prepare for heat waves ▲ expansion of exercise equipment in the children's park ▲ strengthening nighttime patrols in the park ▲ rental of snow removal equipment during heavy snowfall.
The city reported that some of these issues were resolved in advance, before the Mobile Mayor's Office was held, by accepting civil complaints ahead of time. Shade canopies were installed in front of the Saekkotmaeul commercial complex and at two locations near the children's park, while additional exercise equipment is scheduled to be installed within the year. Nighttime patrols in the park are currently conducted twice daily by the voluntary security patrol, and support for one snow removal machine has also been confirmed.
In addition, several issues requiring long-term review were raised. These included: ▲ tree pruning along the complex's perimeter ▲ maintenance of sidewalk blocks ▲ installation of safety lights and logo lights ▲ easing the criteria for supporting the replacement of aging elevators. The city is working with relevant departments to secure budgets and devise phased implementation plans for these tasks.

However, for areas with a high risk of safety accidents, small-scale repairs will be carried out as a priority. The city is also considering applying more flexible criteria for supporting the replacement of aging elevators, especially in large complexes where construction periods are longer.
Mayor Kim Kyungil stated, "Each and every citizen's opinion becomes an important direction for city administration," adding, "We will promptly address issues that can be resolved immediately, and thoroughly review the feasibility of tasks that require time and resources."
