"Chunhyangaein," which boasts a strict management system on par with premium joint brands in other regions, has earned nationwide recognition for its outstanding performance and reputation, thanks to thorough quality control and diverse marketing efforts that have continuously increased transaction volumes and garnered awards.
However, since a single brand system has limitations in establishing a top-tier image, the city plans to introduce a premium line tentatively named "Chunhyangaein Jin," adding a hierarchy to the brand to target a differentiated market.
To this end, the city will invest 7.6 billion KRW by 2030 to simultaneously foster both the production and distribution sectors. In production, the city will improve cultivation environments and systematically manage premium agricultural product producers through new technology training and farmer organization.
In distribution, the city will strictly manage the existing "Chunhyangaein" brand while also launching the premium product "Chunhyangaein Jin" (tentative name) to develop new sales channels, such as major department stores nationwide and gift markets for financial institutions and corporations, thereby establishing a stable distribution network.
The city also plans to gather opinions for farmer organization, revise related ordinances, and commission the development of premium designs, with the first premium seasonal products-peaches and grapes-set to launch next year.
