The cleanup focused on Minrakcheon, where heavy rainfall had caused an accumulation of trash and debris, and also took place in Pureun Madang Neighborhood Park and the commercial district of Minrak 2 District. In particular, the significance of the event was enhanced by running an "Eco-friendly Consumption Practice Campaign" in connection with the "Walkable City" initiative.
After the environmental cleanup, the Tongjang Association held its monthly meeting to share local issues and discuss future directions for their activities.
The Songsan 3-dong Tongjang Association has been consistently participating in the "Clean Environment 2025, By Our Hands" project, which began in April this year, and plans to continue ongoing cleanup activities in conjunction with the city's "Happy Holssi Project."
